How do I make changes to my account?

If you need to make changes to phone number(s), address, email, etc. please send us a quick email or give us a call so that we may update your account.


If you would like to update your beneficiaries, change your banking information, etc, please reach out to us via phone or email so we may apprise you of next steps.



How Do I Send Sensitive Information?

By logging into Investor360, you can draft and send a secure email for any sensitive information you might need to share with us.



Who do I make checks payable to?

  • For contributions, please write the check out to National Financial Services or NFS.
  • For advisory fees, please write the check out to Commonwealth Financial Network
  • For all other checks, please call our offices for more information.

Can I text my advisor?

Yes! You can text us at (401)-278-4049



How do I reset my Investor 360 password?

Please email contactus@harkinswealth.com. You will receive a temporary password to access you account and from there, you can change it to your preferred password.



Where can I find my tax documents?

You can find your documents when you log onto Investor360 and navigate to your statements and documents tab.



How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You should have received an email confirmation upon scheduling your appointment. On the bottom of that email, there’s a link to cancel/ reschedule the appointment.
